How It Works
The Amruta Screed Paver combines advanced vibratory screed action with high-frequency gang needles to ensure maximum concrete compaction and density.
Auto-levelling Sensor Concrete Road Paver: Uses MOBA sensors. Automatic / mechanical leveling jacks. Electronic over electronic control system for remote grade sensors. Sensor Concrete Paver includes heavy-duty auto-levelling jacks, MOBA sensors; user can achieve intended slab height with high accuracy.
Gang Needle Vibrator (Attachment): Used for slab thicknesses between ~200 mm-400 mm (≈8-16″) in many fixed-form / road paver variants. Needles are provided when slab is thick enough. Mounted “on up-down assembly” or “mounted at angle” to ensure proper immersion.
